"Chocolate, the Other Health Food"
Chocolate lovers have long prized the dark variety for its taste, but there are nutritional reasons to love it as well: Because of its high concentration of antioxidant-rich cocoa solids, it's actually healthier for you than milk chocolate or white chocolate.
